Honey Creek Ridge is the best place to live in the Renton Highlands – peaceful, clean, scenic, friendly and close to everything.  We all need to continue to work together and contribute our small efforts to keep our community vibrant. Let us all of our 100 homeowners and their families stay in touch with each other through this and following Newsletters. These Newsletters are not regular and are based on a need to inform the homeowners of important things.

Honey Creek Ridge update:
The large pond has now been taken over by the city to maintain. This will be a considerable savings for all of us.
The lower pond is expected to get more attention, so we can also release it to the city in 2013.
The watering system has a slight up grade this year which will decrease our water consumption.
All homeowners have been following the HOA rules when it came to painting their homes this year. Thank you, this makes a desirable place to live when all the homes are in compliance of honey creek architect rules.
Here are some CC&R’s to beware of--- (1) Parking on the street for an extended period of time (>48 hours) is not allowed.  (2) Garbage cans in view from the front of your home are not allowed. For more rules visit our website. www.honeycreekridge.blogspot.com

Landscaping: Prograss does our routine landscape maintenance.
If you have any issues please email the board at honeycreekhoa@yahoo.com
Also remember to be courteous to your neighbor and monitor for trees and shrub if they are intruding in your neighbors yard.

Homeowner dues- All homeowners did an excellent job in paying on time. This really helps us create a more accurate budget each year. Thank you

Board Membership –The Board encouraged the homeowners to attend the meeting as observers or to join the Board and/or committees.
The meetings are going to be in sequence with the bylaws and will be held from time to time.  Keep viewing our Blog for meeting times and dates. We do have a good grasp on all issues and would encourage more people to attend. We will be having 3 positions open and would like to fill them at the next yearly meeting. Any position will consist of training and mentoring for a smooth transition onto the
Board

Upcoming events: Our yearly progressive dinner party is coming please email the board if you would like to join us and having fun that evening.
