Architectural Committee (ACC)

      In order to maintain consistency and high quality aesthetics of the homes in our neighborhood, HOA approval is required prior to building fences, decks, patios, sheds, putting on a new roof, major landscaping changes, painting exteriors of houses, etc. ** Allow up to 20 days for approval process **

Use this form to submit your property improvement requests to the HOA Architectural Committee at honeycreek.acc@gmail.com.

Notice of Completion Form
Use this form to notify the HOA that your project is complete as per the specifications in your plans that were submitted to the Architectural Committee. The ACC will inspect your project for final approval.

If you're planning to paint the exterior of your house, you can:
     (1) choose your own colors and submit them to the HOA Architectural Committee (ACC) for approval, which will include the homeowner painting swatches on their house for the ACC to review, OR 
     (2) you can look through the two notebooks of pre-approved color schemes and submit your choice/request to the ACC. Approval by the ACC is still required. You can view the online version of approved colors:
